The Green you see surrounding the vineyard is a mustardy, tumbling, weed.
It is everywhere on the hillside, in and around the vineyard and it MUST GO!
The First two Rows at the top of the vineyard were weeded by Anne-Renee & Julie.Keith said that they did the best job of anyone weeding.
You can see from this photo how their two rows stand out from the other rows.
Everyone has done their share of weeding, Richard, Arlene, Mary, and even I did a little and of course Farmer Keith.
After weeding the rows, Keith got on the tractor with the Bush Hog attached and cut down the hill side and moved the big piles of pulled weeds.
Isn't it beautiful?!
The Black Helicopters have paid us a few visits this year.
